RPG Protection and Mitigation Module

This light-weight, passive protection system is interchangeable with the EFP shield and works with the AOA and Integrated Spall Liner to defeat multiple impact RPG threats. The RPG Protection and Mitigation shield is designed to detonate the charge of an RPG upon impact, while the internal properties of the AOA and Integrated Spall Liner attenuate the jet formed by the RPG, and prevent spall and fragmentation threats to crew members. RPG Protection and Mitigation kits are field installable and removable for efficient vehicle configuration.
